Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy to drink. It mellows and becomes a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup which can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should then be forced through the grounds by the plunger, but do not stir or agitate the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

Strength - 3 is soft and easygoing, great for weekend getaways.
